Conservation is the protection and management of the environment and natural resources. It is also the practice of protecting wild species and their habitats in order to prevent species from going extinct.

Donations made through our website are for the purpose of supporting other like-minded conservation programs. Your donation will not be used to feed and/or care for MCF’s animal ambassadors. To discuss specific donation options, please email moorcroftfoundation@gmail.com.

How can I get involved?

The best way to get involved is to contact MCF through email at: moorcroftfoundation@gmail.com to inquire about participating in one of MCF’s periodic hands-on, educational field trips. A limited number of opportunities are also available to meet MCF Animal Ambassadors with a private tour of Charlie Moorcroft’s personal collection of endangered, threatened and protected species of animals.

how old do i have to be to participate?

We welcome adults and children of all ages to get involved. Charlie's specialty is working with children, and one of the key elements of our mission is to introduce children to the importance of conservation at a very young age.
